Model RS-25

The largest MA-TECH USA Scrap Chopper, the RS-25 is designed to handle almost anything the customer wants to chop. No matter what your application, the RS-25 can handle it. This unit handles heavy materials such as ACSR CABLE, STEEL CABLE, SLITTER SCRAP, COPPER/ALUMINUM CABLE and LIGHT GAUGE METAL. Operating at 100 FPM (without option), this unit can chop material 3.5" long. The RS-25 has an optional variable speed drive allowing the operator to size the material cut length to meet any market requirements. This unit comes with an optional discharge conveyor which can be mounted on any of the machine's three sides. With many other options, this unit can come with increased cutting force and increased speed. A self cooling system is standard on all RS-15/RS-16/RS-25 units.
